1-Year Warranty – Cuir Doré

At Cuir Doré, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and bags. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues on all our products.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, in the unlikely event your product arrives with a defect, please don’t hesitate to contact us here – we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or repair.

Shipping? We’ve got you covered!

If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll cover the entire shipping process – from sending the item to us, to shipping it back to you once repaired or replaced.

Please note:

• This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

• We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows:

  • Signs of modification

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear
    (as determined by our product specialists)
